If you would like to make use of our best price guarantee, please send us proof of the price of the competing offer by e-mail (link) to service@fashionette.de . You can contact our customer service by telephone on 0800 2404430. We then check the offer of the competition and, if the check is positive, refund you the difference after the return period has expired. Claiming the best price guarantee excludes additional benefits (e.g. through promotional vouchers). Please note that the product must be available at the time of review by our Customer Care Team.
