From an order value of €24.95, shipping is free for you. If the order value is less than €24.95, we only charge €3.95 for shipping. Your order will reach you within 2 working days.

The return of your orders is always free of charge.

If the package is delivered to you with external defects, please document this on the receipt or refuse acceptance.

Please open the package immediately after receiving the goods. If you find damage to the product after opening the package, or if there is no content, report the damage to DHL immediately. Such a damage report can only be submitted to DHL within 7 days of receipt of the goods. After the deadline, the damage can no longer be claimed. Important note: Please do not use the return slip that is included in the package to report damage. Otherwise, a correct assessment or processing of the investigation is not possible.

Parcel delivery status

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from DHL with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the DHL Germany homepage.

return shipment

Returns are free and must be made within 30 days. Please use the return slip provided in your package. Send the product back to us and keep the receipt. As soon as your return has been received by fashionette, we will inform you by e-mail. Please note that returns to us cannot be sent via packing stations for security reasons.
