Prevent
In order to keep your piece of jewelry for a long time and to avoid scratches, it is advisable to keep the product in the original box for both real jewelry and fashion jewelry. Fashion jewelery should not come into contact with (sea) water, perfume, cosmetics, sweat, detergents, oils and creams. We also recommend that you take off your fashion jewelery before exercising, taking a sauna or showering. This means that there are no discolorations and the coating is retained. Metal objects can scratch the surface and this is not recommended.
CLEANING JEWELRY
Slight soiling can be easily removed from fashion jewelery with the help of water and soap. However, it is advisable to use a cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth for self-cleaning of your sensitive costume jewellery. Smaller details can also be reworked with a toothbrush.
Real jewelery loses its luster over time and becomes duller. Annual professional cleaning by a jeweler is recommended for this purpose.

A piece of pure gold jewelry that is not set with stones, pearls or crystals can be easily cleaned with lukewarm water, a little washing-up liquid and a bowl. Put the gold in the bowl for a short time. The jewelery can then be cleaned with pure water and then dried with a soft cloth.
